Embrace & Unwind Gentle Yoga...
Step into a gentle yoga experience designed to help you release tension in your body and move forward with softness and kindness. Embrace & Unwind is a nurturing practice focused on heart-opening and hip-focused postures, allowing you to let go of stored tension while cultivating grace, balance, and inner calm.
This gentle class combines slow, fluid movements with mindful breathing, helping you connect breath and body as you move with ease and grace. Each sequence is carefully designed to create space for relaxation while promoting a sense of grounding and inner calm, all without the intensity of a more dynamic practice.
Towards the end of the class, we focus on deep relaxation, inviting you to fully let go. You’ll settle in with cosy blankets and a lavender eye mask, letting your body and mind find stillness and ease. Finally, we round off each session with a warm cup of lavender and honey tea and a homemade lavender and honey shortbread—offering the perfect finish to this soft, gentle practice.

What do I need to bring?
I provide everything you will need at the class including mats, cushions, blankets, bolsters, straps, eye masks etc. all you need to bring is comfortable clothing to wear and a drink for yourself.
How much?
£60 for a 6 week block. All of our blocks are rolling, so you can join us at any time provided we have space and just pay for the remainder of the block.

A warm and welcoming space for mums-to-be, Nurture Flow Pregnancy Yoga is all about moving in a way that feels good, breathing deeply, and taking time to connect with yourself and your baby. This gentle class is designed to support you at every stage of pregnancy, with adapted yoga poses that help ease tension, build strength, and prepare your body for birth. We’ll explore breathwork to support pregnancy, labor, and beyond—helping you feel calm, confident, and in tune with your changing body.
But it’s not just about the movement. Each class includes time to unwind with guided meditations, affirmations, and deep relaxation, leaving you feeling nurtured and uplifted. And, of course, in true Heart Space Yoga style, there’s always time for a cuppa and a biscuit, because connection and community are just as important as the practice itself.
You don’t have to go through this journey alone—come and share this special time with a group of like-minded women, offering support, laughter, and friendship along the way. 💜
