Heart Space Yoga Kids Yoga Teacher Training
A Yoga Pros–Accredited Training
Teaching children with presence, care, and heart
This is not about shrinking adult yoga down.
This is about meeting children where they are,
in their bodies, their nervous systems, their imagination, their emotions, and their lived experience.
Heart Space Yoga’s Kids Yoga Teacher Training is a deeply nurturing, trauma-aware, developmentally informed training for those who feel called to support children through yoga, movement, breath, and mindful connection.
Over four immersive days, you’ll learn how to create safe, playful, grounded spaces where children can move, rest, express, regulate, and simply be themselves, without pressure, performance, or expectation.
This training honours the inner child in you, as much as the children you will go on to teach.
This training is for you if you feel a gentle yes to working with children — whether or not you see yourself as a “teacher” yet.
